Tim is a co-founder and Director at Year One Consulting.
A highly experienced consultant and expert on the cultural, emotional and psychological aspects of change, Tim works as an coach with leaders at executive and senior level across the creative and cultural sector, the third sector and professional services. Tim’s practice focuses on power and authority, personal impact and influence and he has substantial experience of working with leaders in complex and challenging organisational settings.
Tim started his career in the Strategy and Change practice at Ernst & Young before focusing on the cultural, emotional and psychological aspects of change as a consultant and, most recently, as a senior manager leading a specialist consultancy service in the NHS.
Tim is an Associate of Saïd Business School in Oxford and IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
