Psychometric tools

Our consultants are qualified in a number of psychometric tools, including the Belbin Team Profile, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Bar-On EQ-i assessment of Emotional Intelligence. These psychometric frameworks are all useful tools within the context of one to one coaching and they can also be used with teams, either linked to a broader programme of development or as a standalone activity. For new teams and their managers in particular, using psychometric tools can be an incredibly useful way to raise self-awareness, collaboration and team effectiveness. The tools can offer a more complete understanding of the different preferences, perspectives and strengths within the team as a whole.
