Organisational Design

We work with clients to design organisational structures that align to their strategy, support their processes and enable people to communicate and collaborate effectively. We have worked on a variety of projects, from helping local government departments to think creatively about new ways of working to developing a phased organisational growth plan for an animation studio. We have also helped a wide range of teams and organisations moving out of the start-up phase to formalise roles, responsibilities and reporting lines in a way that doesn’t mean compromising their entrepreneurial flair.
