We design and manage organisational management development programmes, incorporating a wide range of techniques and activities. We encourage participants on our programmes to raise their self-awareness while developing their leadership capability. We also map out ways for them to apply that learning in a way that benefits them, their teams and their organisations as a whole. Our programmes comprise a mix of formal group sessions, one to one coaching, action learning and peer-led discussion. Where possible we encourage participants to return to future programmes to share their experiences, acting as guest speakers and session leaders. We also advocate the creation of post-programme learning networks, check-in sessions and evaluation to ensure that a programme’s impact becomes self-sustaining.
