One to one coaching

Coaching is a series of one to one sessions focused on improving performance through honest appraisal, constructive feedback and clear goal-setting. The sessions start with an initial one hour conversation to agree goals, working style and to schedule your regular coaching meetings, followed by a block of six coaching sessions spread over six to nine months. All conversations are completely confidential, providing a safe developmental space for you to talk through work issues, articulate challenges and explore new ways of working.
